Purchasing and downloading     List of Categories
We use a PayPal based system with an automated server response by eMail instantly after purchasing.

  This can sometimes happen, typically with larger downloads. To give the download process the best chance of downloading cleanly restart your system and ititiate the download without opening any other windows or applications until the download is complete. If the download is still listed as being corrupted wait until a time of day when fewer other people are using the internet in your country. If the problem remains try downloading via another route and copying the file manually to your system eg via a memory stick and / or contact us.

  Use the following utility to have an eMail containing your userid / password eMailed to you. Click here to access our user support utilities. Also note that the password is case SeNsiTiVe.
  
  
• So where's my download eMail?
  
  Check your junk / spam folders and or wait a few minutes. Sometimes there can be a slight delay between making the purchase and the eMail being sent. This is sometimes because PayPal deem that some transactions warrant additional security checks.
