Some specially discounted purchases or other non-standard licensing / purchasing arrangements are not covered by this utility. If affected you will need to get in touch with us or refer to your eMail archives for unlock / download eMails previously sent to you.

The userid and password are the same as those that you use to access downloads. The facility to the left enables you to have your userid / password sent you via eMail.

The utility can only send to the eMail address used when originally purchasing. NB If the resulting eMail is not delivered to your inbox within a few minutes then check your junk email folders.
