• How do I repair a problematic installation?
  
  First, download the current version and reinstall. If no change then ensure that you have ownership rights on all of the files in the installation folder: - Exit from EMDR Multi (Home/Pro) if open - Navigate to MacHD:CS - Right click or Control click on the CS folder - Select "Get info" - Click on "Ownership and permissions" - Select yourself or "everyone" as the owner and ensure that you have read and write access - Click on "Apply to enclosed items" Then restest. If no change then try the following: - Open EMDR Multi Home/Pro - Click on the small triangle to the right of the settings menu - Deselect (uncheck) "Vista / Win 7" if checked or check if not checked - Click on "File" at the top of the Window then "Save as default settings" - Close EMDR Multi then - Open EMDR Multi Then restest. If no change: - Click on "Help" then "About" - Select the text in the box with the scroll bar - Click on "File" then "Copy" - Send us the text via an eMail
  
  
• Does this software work with Netbooks?
  
  Windows Netbook use is supported. You are however advised to use with the Netbook plugged into mains power and to close all other applications when using EMDR Multi to assure smooth tracking. The Netbook may also have a "fast" CPU setting - it would be advantageous to enable that facility if possible. NB Older Netbooks are sometimes prone to freezing and the above measures help to reduce the probability of freezing.
  
  
• The [X] at the top right of the settings window has been disabled. How come? (Applies to Windows only)
  
  This is deliberate and in response to specific user requests. The reasoning is that this prevents accidental closure of the application by closing the settings window. To close the application select "File" then "Exit".
  
  
• Shading is left where-ever the tracking image / object moves
  
  This was due to changes present within certain types of video / graphics cards and seemed to mainly affect Vista / Windows 7 systems. Not all graphics / video cards were affected, the quality of the card did not seem to be a factor. This issue was resolved via the release of a new version (V1.4 - 11 Nov 2011).
