EMDR Lite for PCs and Macs is an educational tool to explain and demonstrate the basic concept behind EMDR. On the PC platform it is bundled with EMDR Home. EMDR Home is designed specifically for the purpose of self-treatment as advised by an EMDR Therapist. EMDR Lite can be used on a more limited basis for guided self-treatment.
