Autoupdate allows registered users to install the latest versions of all Neuro Innovations software products installed on the system semi-automatically.

• Autoupdate says it cannot access the web and when I try to send an error report nothing happens. I do have web access, what is the error?
  
  
• Does autoupdate update all products?
  
  
• I keep getting an "Unable to access the Internet" message and have verified that my userid / password is correct. Why?

  Products such as Norton can block access to the internet. Please refer to the instructions in the Norton section of the FAQs for instructions on how to unblock access.
  
  
• Does autoupdate update all products?
  
  No. Autoupdate updates PC products only and does not update the Emetophobia desensitisation product or the DSM utility.
  
  
• I keep getting an "Unable to access the Internet" message and have verified that my userid / password is correct. Why?
  
  If you are behind a proxy server autoupdate may not be able to access the internet. Also, software such as Norton may be blocking the access.
  
  
• Where do I find the autoupdate installation file?
